Sales Executive

Position: Sales ExecutiveWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.Build and maintain relationships with B2B customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions from our product range.Conduct product presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals.Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the B2B / B2C sector.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.

CCTV / Hardware and networking executive

As a member of the security installation team, you will be responsible for undertaking various pre planned and reactive maintenance tasks and new installation works encompassing either, CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems equipment. You will take responsibility for all assigned projects from commencement to completion. You will complete these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers’ expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company policies and procedure. You will be required to work on several projects and have the ability to multi task and plan critical requests from Clients.Key

Responsibilities and Accountabilities are to:
¿¿¿ Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing, commissioning of Intruder Alarm Systems – IP Surveillance Systems and Access Control Systems or related equipment, following drawing of electrical layouts and building plans in accordance with NSI and relevant Codes of Practice/Policies. ¿¿¿ Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing of Disabled Refuge, Public Address, Call System & Induction Loops in accordance with relevant British Standard and other relevant Codes of Practice/Policies. ¿¿¿ Providing a quality installation in the most methodical and efficient manner, including the ability to digest detailed scope of works and working drawings. ¿¿¿ Liaising with ARC (Alarm receiving centres) ¿¿¿ Production of high quality commissioning and handover documentation and as fit drawings. ¿¿¿ Maintaining safe work environment at all times and have a good understanding of Health and Safety i.e. Method, Risk assessments, safe working procedures etc. ¿¿¿ Client training and demonstration of systems to explain the systems working and functionality. ¿¿¿ Responding to out of hours service calls.

Technical Competencies - Essential
¿¿¿ Demonstrate at least 3 years previous experience in a Security role. ¿¿¿ Demonstrate a general knowledge of all Security Systems. ¿¿¿ Demonstrate strong communication skills. ¿¿¿ Sound administration skills with an understanding of the importance of paperwork and the accuracy and timeliness of submission of same. ¿¿¿ Full Driving License (subject to inspection for company insurances) ¿¿¿ Must be willing to work away

Technical Competencies - Desirable
¿¿¿ Knowledge of IP Systems / Networking is preferable ¿¿¿ Knowledge of any of the following Intruder Alarms, Access control, CCTV and Intercom using a range of equipment including: Honeywell, Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua
